In partnership with LGA, we're organising a special behaviour change masterclass day aimed at senior campaigns professionals. The purpose of the day will be to get under the skin of behaviour change/influencing techniques by using the latest science, data and techniques.

At this seminar attendees will be taken on a journey through the theory and the application of behavioural economics by the Leading Behavourial Interventions Agency - Ogilvy Change.

We'll start by getting everyone up to speed on the core pillars of behaviour change theory, by using several interactive techniques to demonstrate the principles that explain complex human actions. We discuss the range of research tools available to better understand real world behaviour and evaluate their suitability to service design.

In the afternoon, attendees are equipped with a behaviour change framework to create ideas to solve their problems*. In the final session we evaluate the strength of ideas and discuss effectiveness and measurement techniques.

*We ask that attendees bring a ‘behavioural challenge’ with them, so we can facilitate a creative session in the afternoon.
