What: What makes a good communications leader; someone respected by senior officers and cabinet members, able to influence strategic decisions at the highest level and maybe one day chair the top table themselves?

An exploration of what effective leadership in local government communications looks like - from political, corporate and academic perspectives - as well as practical insight and advice to take away.

Aimed at ambitious comms officers at any level.

Where: Hackney Town Hall, Mare Street, London, E8 1EA

When: Tuesday 6th March 2018, 13:00-17:00

Cost: Participation is free for organisations who are members of LGcomms. For everyone else, it is £150.
